Shipping policy

Our normal order processing time is two (2) business days but in peak periods this can be slightly longer. 

Delivery times are affected by many different factors including holidays, weather, customs processing at the country of destination, and local postal services. Unfortunately, these factors are outside our control. The vast majority of our orders arrive within 10-20 days, but some locations may take 40 days or more. You can read more information on delivery times here.

Sometimes, in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may send your order in more than one parcel if the closest warehouse does not have enough stock. We have one warehouse in Singapore, and another in China.
