PACKAGE COLLECTION INFORMATION FOR US CUSTOMERS
US buyers please be advised that, according to new USPS regulations, all international parcels now require the signature of the recipient. If no authorized recipient is available at the time of delivery, USPS will leave you a notification and, after three unsuccessful attempts you will have to pick up your parcel at your local post office. I understand that this could be an inconvenience, but unfortunately we have no authority to change USPS rules and regulation. Please be aware of this before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Where possible, we send packages from Singapore by Registered Mail. This provides tracking through to delivery or all countries except the USA, Canada and Australia where for some reason the national postal services have refused to update tracking information for international packages once the package reaches the country. Fortunately, other countries are able to provide tracking to the door but this means we are unable to provide more detailed information to you. At the same time, it also means that the package will remain secure.
Registered Mail also means that someone must be at the nominated delivery address to receive in order to sign for the delivery. It is very important to specify an address that will be attended during the day, and preferably a phone number which might be used by the postal service to reach you in case of delivery issues.
The relevant postal services will normally try to deliver a package three (3) times before returning the parcel to the sender (Luxy Kraft). If the parcel is returned to us (which can be several weeks later) we will contact you and organize re-delivery (may require additional payment).
Every day, Luxy Kraft sends packages to customers across the world, and wherever possible tracking information is provided to you by email. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Delivery time has two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. We aim to ship orders within 3 working days after the order is placed. The warehouse processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. If we do not have all the items for an order, in one location the order may be split into several separate packages. Because we are an international business, national holidays in each of these locations may affect processing.
- Delivery time: This table is an estimate of the delivery times based on our experience in shipping to these countries, by country and shipping option. Delivery times are affected by many different factors including holidays, weather, customs processing at the country of destination, and local postal services. Unfortunately, these factors are outside our control.
Often, in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may also send your order in more than one parcel if the closest warehouse does not have enough stock.

Sometimes your orders will be fulfilled in more than one package and may be sent from different locations. This is because while our major operations are located in Singapore, our factory and warehouse are in Shenzhen, China. If we don't have all the stock for a single order in one location, it will be sent as two orders.
In this case, you will receive two or more shipping notification emails from us, each with tracking details of part of your order.
WHERE IS MY STUFF?
We'll send you an email notification when your order is shipped by the warehouse. This email will contain the tracking number and information about how to track your package. As always, we recommend contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, but there are several other methods listed in the Contact Us section.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
It differs from country to country, and changes frequently. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please understand that Luxy Kraft does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to the country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Luxy Kraft, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
